CREDITS is a blockchain platform (protocol) with its own internal Credit Cryptocurrency (CS). This is a new and unique technical implementation of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and data protocols.

TRANSACTION PROCESS

> Transactions

A transaction is a minimum system that informs the platform of contract method of execution or direct transfer between accounts without making smart contracts, followed by placement of results on a peer-to-peer network.

> Building consensus

The system uses a federative model to build consensus - selecting a trusted validator node, as well as a consensus-building algorithm - an algorithm for running a finite-state robot. Consensus works with cycles (time step), per time step, transactions are extracted and placed in a pool (one-dimensional array). Once placed in the pool, all transactions are sent to trusted nodes to receive responses. If a response is received, then the transaction requesting the addition was sent. After that, it is sent to the next validator on the network. When the consensus is built - at the end of the chain where the transfer legality is fully confirmed, the transaction is sent to the validation with a sign to write and save to the ledger.

> Transaction processing

To achieve a system decentralized system, each server must have a general handler of all transactions. This system uses the concept of system kernel. With the kernel, we mean data handlers performing specific production tasks, regardless of availability and operation of the remaining system components. Each kernel, on the input, when the task is executed, receives a list of variables for processing. And always get results on the output - positive, there are other or errors. As a result, the system kernel always contains a response code, in addition to the main data set. This structure is required for the highest speed of each process, which must work independently of each other.

To attain significantly ledger performance, but at the same time, without sacrificing security, we propose to use a general ledger database without building a link.
The merkle tree (TTH - Tiger Tree Hashing) is a type of hash function used to check data integrity, to get unique chain identifiers, and to restore orders. The data is divided into several pieces of Leaf Tiger Hash, then the Internal Tiger Hash is calculated from each hash pair one by one. If the hash has no spouse, then it is moved to a new chain that does not change. Furthermore, the Internal Tiger Hash is calculated in the chain for each pair. This procedure is repeated until there is one hash left.
When the ledger is operated using Merkle Trees, transaction processing speed is very low, and the burden of computing resources is very high. In our opinion, this is not a rational use of data.

> Transactions not included in the Register
Transactions not included in the list of ready-made transactions are marked as rejected. Information about this is immediately displayed on the transaction's sender (initiator).
Transactions not included in the ledger remain in the order of candidates and are stored in the network nodes. All new transactions received by the server at the time of consensus also get there, and then the search process begins again. Continuous cyclic network operations enable transactions in a relatively short period of time while maintaining high levels of reliability and relevance of information.
